When the party receives financial support of more than one lakh rupees from any Nepali citizen or organized organization in accordance with section 38 of the Act, the name, surname, address, profession, permanent account number and the source of the amount of such financial support should be disclosed. Taxable and non-taxable items on such amount should be disclosed only and a record of such details should also be kept.
